1. Sales Manager (Spare Parts)
Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Duties & Responsibilities
- Having an in-depth products knowledge and the value proposition of each of them and clearly communicating the same to prospective customer base.
- Develop a growth strategy for Spare paets products division which focuses on increased revenue generation and enhance customer satisfaction
- Identify new markets and appoint new dealers
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing and new customers
- Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
- Preparing business proposals in consultation with the respective product/business head
- Monitor and give feedback about the activities of competitors and take proactive steps to counter them.
- Reporting on successes and taking corrective actions to overcome areas of weaknesses.
- Preparation of monthly sales forecast
- Planning and implementing marketing activities (ATL and BTL) in consultation with the respective Products Heads and Business Heads
- Proper planning and distribution of inventories and avoiding flood and famine situation and adhering to comp any policy of no credit sales.
- Supervise, guide and monitor the activities of sales personnel in spare parts products and achieve monthly sales and network expansion targets.
- Carry out any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s Degree with 3-6 years work experience.

3. Spare Parts Sales Manager (Two Wheeler)

Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and manage win-win relationships with channel partners (existing and new dealer/sub dealer) by design and implement a strategic sales plan for Two Wheeler products.
- Planning and implementing marketing activities in consultation with the respective Products Heads and Business Heads
- Gather information and report on competitor’s activities as well as other market intelligence data
- Achieve assigned sales and network expansion target
- Communication of targets and incentive plans to channel partners and field sales personnel
- Managing and impacting product knowledge to channel partners and field sales personnel.
- Preparing business proposals in consultation with the respective product/business head
- Reporting on successes and taking corrective actions to overcome areas of weaknesses.
- Preparation of monthly sales forecast in consultation with the business head.
- Carry out any other duties that might be assigned from time to time.
