We are pleased to inform you that the Minister of State for Labour and Employment, Festus Keyamo has flagged off the Special Public Works Programme designed to engage 774,000 itinerant & unskilled workers in Nigeria for a period of 3 months.

Special Public Works, SPW Salary Structure

Beneficiaries of the 774,000 Special Public Works Programme would be paid a total sum of N60,000 for the period of three months and they’re to perform various community services in their Various LGA’s.

Remember, Six Banks was engaged for account opening and payment of the SPW beneficiaries. Among the banks that were appointed to engage in the exercise are Heritage Bank Plc, Zenith Bank, United Bank for Africa (UBA), Access Bank, Fidelity Bank, and First City Monument Bank (FCMB).

Beneficiaries of SPW Programme are advised to go to any of the bank assigned to his/her LGA for SPW Account Verification & Activation
