The National Union Of Ikwerre Student (NUIS) Worldwide led by Comr. Princewill C Uchenwoh paid a solidarity visit to Chief Emeka Beke, the Secretary of Rivers APC at his office to have an interface with him and also let him know about the needs of Ikwerre students worldwide.
The National President, Comr Princewill C Uchenwoh while speaking thanked Chief Emeka Beke for been very accessible and his quick response on hearing of their visit. He continued by outlining the needs of the union and pleaded that he takes it up to other leaders of Ikwerre Ethnic nationality devoid of party affiliation and also assist where he can to make Ikwerre students proud of their ethnic nationality.
Comr Princewill C Uchenwoh on behalf of Ikwerre students gave an award to Chief Emeka Beke in recognition of his financial and leadership support to the union, youth empowerment and contribution to development of Ikwerre ethnic nationality and most student friendly.
Chief Emeka Beke responding to the leadership of the union, thanked them for finding him worthy of the award, and promised to do everything within his powers to ease the stress of the union, in his words “Ikwerre is Blessed”. He continued by giving them some words of encouragement and asked them to desist from any kind of social vices in their various schools and communities.
