1. He/she must have a B.Sc, HND, NCE, OND in any discipline from a recognized institution here in Nigeria or abroad.

2. He/she should not be above 35 years old

3.He/she must have a GCE/NECO.

5. He/she must have obtained ND/NCE from a recognized institution and a GCE in two (2) subjects obtained at one sitting or three (3) subjects obtained at two sittings.
