N-Power Final Selection List 2018 – We are glad to inform the general public and most especially our esteem visitors who applied for the N-Power programme or has their relatives, friends and mates applied for Npower scheme that N-Power has finally released the 2017/2018 final selection list of successful verified applicants who were pre-selected and were shortlisted for the 2017 N-Power physical verification exercise which was conducted in different states LGAs.
Note, The 2017/2018 N-Power final selection lists was compiled according to applicants who met up the requirements needed during the physical verification exercise. Below are the list of documents presented by applicants;
In selecting the final applicants, N-Power took the following into consideration
- BVN Validation and Online Assessment
- Achieving equity
- Linking selection to population using Federal Constituencies
- Addressing Demand Distribution of Unemployed Graduates
- Taking into account, Deployment/Utilization issues from 2016
- Correcting Deployment/Utilization challenges among 2016 N-Power beneficiaries
- Rural-Urban Distribution Balance. Priority was given to the Rural Areas especially N-Agro applicants
- Programme Allocation – Teach/Agric/Health

It’s also good to know that the physical verification exercise plays a major role in N-Power selection criteria. Before your name will be shortlisted in N-power final list, you must go through the physical verification exercise in your state LGA. If you were not successfully verified at the point of physical verification venue that means your name will not be in N-Power final list.
The physical Verification exercise was designed to verify the qualifications of applicants and eliminate any form of impersonation and false declaration during the application.
How To Check 2018 N-Power Final Selection List Of Successfully Verified Applicants
To check the 2018 N-Power final list of successful applicants for Deployment and posting to various Primary Place of Assignment (PPA), follow the instructions below;
- To check your final selection status, visit npvn.npower.gov.ng/login
- Use your phone number or email address to see if you have transitioned from pre-selected applicants to beneficiaries
- If you are successfully been selected your page will pop up
- Or you will receive a mail from npower with the email you used during the application period.
Immediately after the release of the final Selection list, follows the deployment and posting of applicants to their various PPAs where they will start to execute their duties with a posting letter of appointment handed to each applicants in various LGA’s. Afterwards they will be referred to login into the NPVN portal and update their data.
