1. Legal Manager

Job Description
- Contract drafting and review.
- Handling the litigation portfolio of the group which includes liaising with external solicitors for the prosecution or defence of any litigation matter involving the group, negotiating settlement of litigation or potential litigation matter with external solicitors or the groups relevant departments. Updating litigation reports as received from external solicitors and disseminating same to management.
- Issuing of legal opinions on all matters.
- Involved in debt recovery drive of the group.
- Engagement with relevant law enforcement agencies and/or authorities on matters involving the group or its officers.
- Implementing Anti-Bribery and Corruption policies and other compliance policies within the group.

2. Customer Support Personnel
Location: Nigeria

Job Description
- Register prospective Suppliers and Companies to Published status.
- Send the log-in details as well as instructions on how to fill and complete the JQS on-line Questionnaire.
- Verify Supplier submitted Questionnaire and provide further assistance by Supplier support, if necessary.
- Review and process renewal requests and Product code addition requests of Suppliers.
- Provide help desk to Suppliers on registration matters; and
- Write report on Suppliers Published.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc or H.N.D with good customer service skills/training with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas sector.
3. Assessor
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract
Job Description
- Carryout desktop pre-qualification of registered Suppliers/Companies.
- Undertake desktop review and on-site verification (if required) for pre-qualified
- Suppliers/Companies that have acquired new competence (ies).
- Carry out desktop pre-qualification and onsite visit for Suppliers as required based on additional products/services request.
- Carry out Desktop and Facility Audits;
- Write report on audit conducted; and
- Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports.
Requirements
- Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 18001 or ISO 9001 with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Oil and Gas Audit.
4. Scheduling Officer
Location: Nigeria
Job Type: Contract
Job Description
- Search for Suppliers/Contractors that have undergone desktop pre-qualification on the JQS database.
- Write report on schedules done indicating Suppliers that are ready for the onsite visit or otherwise.
Requirements
- Minimum of B.Sc or H.N.D with good customer service skills/training with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
