1. Communication Officer (NGO)
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities and Duties
- Lead, develop, support and promote the organisation’s communications and digital media strategy across traditional and online media platforms, including message development, social media content creation and media outreach
- Develop, lead, and manage storytelling strategy and implementation to capture the organisation’s impact and national movement
- Develop and disseminate public relations materials that increase our visibility among stakeholders and lawmakers
- Draft, and edit written materials, communications plans, and content as needed;
- Lead press strategy and outreach, working to maintain and expand the organisation’s press relationships
- Coordinate with multiple team members to help maintain the organisation’s messaging and editorial calendar
- Draft statements, talking points, blog posts, op-eds, speeches and press releases
- Write, edit, and post new web content on website and other platforms
- Provide support on reporting communications metrics and KPIs
- Create messaging for social media kits and press kits
- Work closely with Communications Associates to coordinate the organisation’s Community storytelling priorities
- Keep up to date on communications and digital industry standards and trends;
- Attend and cover live events as applicable
- Manage communications interns
- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, investors and community audiences that will help advance our work
- Identify target audiences and create strategies to effectively engage them
- Ensure digital marketing content aligns with our brand’s identity and message, and assist with marketing campaigns as needed
- Work closely with leaders and executives to develop and strengthen employee engagement activities
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in communications and digital media, in publishing or media outlet, at a PR agency, or NGO setting;
- Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism, English, Communications, Public Relations, International Relations or related field preferred
- Excellent writing skills – experience writing and editing op-eds, blogs, press releases, and editorial content for a brand, organization, or thought leader;
- Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, such as SEO and email marketing
- Experience driving impactful storytelling strategy;
- Strong media relations background and experience working with press;
- Experience working as part of a client-facing communications team;
- Strong skills working in diverse teams and across various of organizations;
- Team-oriented; relationship-builder; and strong inter-personal skills;
- Excellent critical thinking skills and the ability to exercise good judgment and solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to multitask in a very fast-paced, often rapidly changing environment.
- Basic proficiency Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to meet regular attendance/tardiness policy;
- Sense of humour, creative energy and a great team player.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle stress;
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining and managing organizational social networking accounts;
- Experience writing and editing educational materials and curricula
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Convio Luminate Online, Every Action, Campaign Monitor, Pardot, or similar tools), CRM (Salesforce preferred), and CMS platforms (WordPress);
- Experience producing and editing video content;
- Familiarity with global humanitarian and gender equality issues and issues affecting girls and women globally.

2. Medical Officer
Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Responsibilities
- Clerking of patients in the OPD and review with consultant on the floor.
- Giving emergency medical care to patients where the consultant is not available on the floor after due consultation with the consultant.
- Routinely visits the in-patient, documents and carries out treatment after assessing the health condition.
- Examines the case sheet of every patient to complete admission formalities and to judge clinical findings.
- Can change the treatment procedure for the patient after consulting the doctor who attends him.
- Works in coordination with consultants and specialists and follows the treatment for each patient
- Performing clinical procedure such as ear washout, foreign body removal, and audiology assessment for the patient with the help of nursing staff.
- Maintains electronic documentation of every in-patient and out-patient management.
- Works up patient for surgery by taking relevant medical history, perform physical examinations, and request for relevant laboratory and radiological investigations.
- Actively involved in the post-operative care of patient by following the instructions of managing consultant surgeon.
- Meets with specialists to discuss about clinical procedures implemented daily.
- Plans the treatment and diet schedule for each patient who gets admitted in the hospital.
- Monitors the treatment procedure along with nursing staff.
- Works with physiotherapist and other allied staffs to explain the needs of the patient.
Educational Requirements
- Educational background / professional qualification(s) required: Bachelor of Medicine & Surgery.
- Valid medical license.
Experience Required:
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years work experience.

3. Graduate Front Desk Officer
Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure that clients and guests visiting the firm are welcomed warmly upon arrival at the Firm’s reception;
- Offer as appropriate tea/coffee and/or other refreshments to clients or guests as they wait (where necessary);
- To ensure that all reading material located at the reception areup to date and in good condition;
- Manage all front office equipment and ensure that damages are reported promptly to the Firm as appropriate;
- Ensure that the reception area is kept neat and tidy at all times.
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette by making phone calls and/or responding to all callers in a friendly, professional and courteous manner;
- Route callers appropriately to members of the organisation
- Take accurate phone messages and inform the necessary parties appropriately.
- Use available resources to obtain contact details of third parties as at when required by the Firm.
- Mail dispatch and sorting:
- To attend to any external dispatch/courier officers and ensure all confidential documents delivered are forwarded to recipients promptly;
- Perform the sorting and appropriate distribution of all mail to all staff;
- Provide a daily report on incoming mail and other correspondence to the organisation
- Maintain an accurate and up to date address book of the Firm’s clients and other contacts;
- Use available resources to obtain contact details of third parties as and when required by the Firm
Education & Experience Requirements
- B.Sc in relevant field
- 0 – 1 year.
